Mr. Kinney has over thirty years of diverse, international executive management experience with start-ups, major companies, well-financed and financially challenged turnaround companies. He currently functions in CEO and COO capacities utilizing his skills in strategic planning, sales enhancement and profitability techniques, and team building. He is currently available for interim and long term executive engagements and as a key member of Vantera due diligence teams.

Mr. Kinney graduated in 1979 from Harvard University with an AB in Economics. After graduation he worked with the Mayor of Providence, RI as Chief Administrative Aide. Thereafter he has had positions with the following commercial enterprises:
